I cycled the bolt and at the moment when a new round was chambered and bolt locked, it went off by itself!
To make a long story short, out of five rounds, 2nd and 4th round was discharged unintentionally and I fired off the 1st, 3rd and 5th.
While playing with it, I learned the sad thing about the design of the trigger mechanism.
If the rifle is cocked, you pull the trigger and the firing pin will strike, which is absolutely normal. BUT, if you continue to hold the trigger and you cycle the bolt at the same time, when a new round should be chambered and bolt locked, the firing pin will strike!
This wouldn't be a strange thing for a full-auto weapon, but it is for an R8.
Ist das R8 Usern hier auch schon passiert ?
Beim R93 gabs diesbezüglich ja eine Rückrufaktion.
