Possible puppy boom among wolves in Denmark​

Researchers from the Natural History Museum in Aarhus and Aarhus University, who together monitor wolves in Denmark for the Danish Environmental Protection Agency, state in their latest status report that there are eight wolf pairs in Denmark." At least five pairs are expected to have puppies, but all eight could potentially have it. Whether it will be five or eight pairs that have breeding success, it will be a significant increase compared to previous years. In 2023, at least 14 puppies were born, with three out of five pairs giving birth to puppies." ​
